This has been a glorious year for the Mouseland. We have struggled against the insurgent Pirates trying to steal the very crumbs from the mouths of our babies. We have hammered out laws with teeth in the TPP to give us nuclear strike capability against those who allow the theft of our sacred Intellectual Property. We have destroyed the Satanic Cult known as Aereo. We remain ever vigilant about the state of copyright law in the digital environment. And of course we are striving with our brothers and sisters in Congress to lower the corporate tax rate.

But all this costs money. And so we turn to you, our employees. For it is for you that we work so hard and strive so long. We humble managers, Chief Executives, Stockholders and Board members sacrifice ourselves daily not for our own gain but to protect you and your families. And now we ask this one little thing.
