No taxes shall be charged for new business construction if they provide 1 squat per 1000 square feet (ratio negotiable).

Especially on uncleared land, leave some private green space with simple shelters and showers where ppl could practice usufruct (like no-impact camping, you leave the space in the condition you found it).

have you been to a slum? i realize you think you live in one, but i mean a real, honest-to-badness third world shanty town. see the people who live in these places don't practice no impact camping. they dump garbage outside their homes.

just because you're at the bottom of our barrel, doesn't mean you're at the bottom of the barrel period. if you want to see what your ideas are like in practice, move to bangladesh and see what great stewards of the land they are.
