As I dried my face this morning, I noticed a small lump forming under my skin. I squeezed and out shot a small wad of oil, dirt, puss, and hair. Wash my face with face wash and dabble a small bit of neosporin on it, i'm good to go. The remaining ooze mixes with my blood and I see a bright red drop form where the pimple used to be.

How do you deal with facial acne, k5? Poll inside for your polling pleasure.

My face is pretty clear, though there are a few small bumps on my forehead. I'm trying to step up to the next level of facial clarity including getting rid of old scars. I use Noxema, but there's no difference from Clerasil or other over-the-counter products. What do you suggest, k5?

But I mean seriously unless you're trying to kill the bugs under your skin, you shouldn't be touching your face anyway. And if you do think you have bugs under your skin, you probably have worse problems than spending money on soap.

there are a lot of things wrong with my skin, but thankfully acne is not one of them anymore. i don't wash my face, either; i noticed my roommate's facial care products in the bathroom one day and briefly pondered whether i should be doing the same before looking in the mirror and thinking, "nah."

but my SO once told me that swallowing semen helps you maintain good skin, so you should probably keep doing that.

To eliminate bad skin (3.00 / 3) (#6)

Spread olive oil or butter or some other oily substance on the skin. This will soften it for the next step.
Use a flensing knife to cut the skin away from the skull.
Make sure to discard the removed skin in a safe manner, such as a medical incinerator or medical waste disposal container.

cotton ball and wipe over areas. If acne is inflammed, apply a light dab of cortizone cream over the red areas at night.

spears, you should use proactive formula. however, i think johnson and johnson's clean and clear is pretty good.
